So, this is what I've been working on for the past two days. Sorry for the strange absence. After the last commission I'd finished I just felt so burnt out. I've been killing myself just trying to make rent for awhile now, also nothing else is due for several weeks. So I took a sort of mini sabbatical, where I just drew something that I really really wanted to draw.
I have been watching Fairy Tale a lot lately, and I think it's really really good. I especially wanted to draw Erza because she has so many different outfits which I think is really interesting. I'd seen this gothic one in a lot of other people's fanart and decided to go with it because I don't normally draw that sort of thing. Though I'm not really sure if it is "canon" or not.
I also wanted to take my time with this one. Normally I can bust out a sketch in about 30 minutes, but this time I spent something like 5 hours on it. It was really relaxing and I feel a lot better now.

Ready to get back to commissions.

And by the way, I'll very likely be drawing Erza again when I get the chance and with some much more risque themes.
